DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Prices

The prices are charged in Swiss francs according to our recommended retail prices, minus your discount and plus VAT. Price adjustments due to increased raw material or supplier prices are reserved at any time.

New customers

The minimum amount for the first order is CHF 1,000.00 net.

Minimum

The minimum order quantity per item is CHF 30.00 net or the minimum order quantity specified by the supplier. Orders will be adjusted to the minimum quantity.

Delivery

If possible, we deliver items in stock within one week at the latest. Delivery is usually made by parcel service, larger shipments are received by truck. The freight or packaging costs are at your expense and will be invoiced to you according to expenditure. Subsequent deliveries are postage-free. We deliver ex works, not free of charge.

11 -20 kg CHF 26.00 Transport costs forwarder up to 150 kg CHF 98.00

From 21 kg CHF 30.00 Additional CHF 90.00 for scheduled delivery by freight forwarder

Small quantity surcharge (less than CHF 100.00 net) CHF 30.00

Payment

Our invoices are due for payment net within 30 days of the invoice date.

Reminders

A fee of CHF 30.00 is charged for reminders.

We ask you to use our payment slips with the respective reference number. If you pay several invoices with one amount, we urgently ask you to provide the corresponding billing numbers by e-mail. Unjustified deductions will be demanded from us.

Complaints

We accept complaints about defective goods in writing within 8 days. Upon receipt of the defective goods in their original packaging, you will receive a replacement or a credit note from us. If you receive damaged shipments and our items are damaged as a result, the corresponding carrier must be held liable (parcel service or freight forwarder).

Ownership

The delivered goods remain the property of Nordisk Gold & Silber Design AG until full payment has been made, and we reserve the right to enter them.

Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to every sales transaction of Nordisk Gold & Silber Design AG and the customer.

Venue

In the event of disputes, the place of jurisdiction shall be Lucerne.
